NOTE: If you are a FactoriaDigital customer you can request to have Moodle installed in Spanish at no additional cost.

1. Login to the Moodle administrative area.

2. Once there, click on "Languages" in the left menu, and once the menu is displayed, click on "Language Packs".

3. A screen will appear where you will see 2 columns: "Installed Language Packs" (where only English will be) and "Available Language Packs", where there is a list of languages that if you go down you will see that the Spanish language is available, click on it and click on the button below that says "Install selected Language Pack".

4. After that you will get the following message or similar:

"Language pack es_es_utf8 was successfully installed.
Missing parent language Spanish - International (es) of Spanish - Spain (es_es)".

Ignore the second message, it has been installed correctly.

Click on "Language settings" in the menu on the left, and there will load a page where you will see that, among many other things, there is a drop-down menu that says "English (en)" and to the left "Default Language", click where it says "English (en)" will give you the option to select Spanish, click on Spanish.

6. On that same page, at the bottom of the page, click on the button that says "Save changes" and you have moodle in Spanish.

It is recommended that you close and open the browser to see the changes.
