For the migration to be complete the domain transfer has to be finished, and your new provider has to change the dns and migrate the email accounts and the web, without any correspondence.

If it is deleted before the migration process is completed, you will be left with nothing, and the process mentioned above takes a few days from the acceptance of the domain transfer.
