Why has the domain transfer not been completed?

The domain migration has not been completed for any of these reasons, please check all of them:

1. You have not authorized the domain transfer within the deadline, did you receive the email with the link to accept the transfer? click it? if you did not receive it check that:

a) You have access to the domain holder's email, it is not the one you have provided us with but the one you used when you initially registered the domain. If not, change it in the provider of origin.

b) You have not activated the privacy protection, if you have it activated, deactivate it and check that you have access to the owner's email.

c) The email has gone to the spam folder (junk mail), check it and if so mark it as not spam and add us to your address book so that you do not classify us as spam in the future please.

2. The domain is locked at the provider of origin (registrar lock), check it and request the unlock if so.

The EPP code is not valid, check with your provider. This is not necessary for .es and .eu.

Once you have checked all this, provide us with new information if necessary and we will restart the domain transfer process.
